Booking Policy
Confirmation of Booking:
- A booking is confirmed upon receipt of the required advance payment as per the payment policy.
- Accuracy of Information: Guests must provide accurate personal and travel details. Escapade On Wheels is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information.
Payment Policy
- Payments must be made according to the payment schedule provided at the time of booking.
- Failure to adhere to the payment deadlines may result in cancellation of the booking.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation by Guests: Refunds will be provided based on the timeline and conditions outlined in our Cancellation Policy.
- Cancellation by Escapade On Wheels: In the event of insufficient group size or unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered the option to transfer to another trip or receive a full refund.
Travel Documentation
- Guests are responsible for obtaining valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and permits, where applicable.
- Escapade On Wheels will assist in providing necessary documentation details but is not liable for visa denials or delays.
Health & Safety
- Guests are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel.
- Escapade On Wheels is not liable for health-related issues during the trip.
- It is recommended that guests carry any necessary medications and consult a physician before traveling to high-altitude or remote destinations.
Liability
- Limited Liability: Escapade On Wheels acts as an agent between guests and third-party service providers (hotels, transportation, etc.). We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused by third parties.
Unforeseen Circumstances
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or additional expenses caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or other force majeure events.
Code of Conduct
- Guests are expected to respect local customs, laws, and fellow travelers.
- Escapade On Wheels reserves the right to terminate a guest’s participation in the trip without refund in case of misconduct or disruptive behavior.
Changes to Itinerary
- Escapade On Wheels reserves the right to modify itineraries, including accommodation and activities, due to operational or unforeseen circumstances.
- Efforts will be made to provide similar alternatives.
Insurance
- Travel insurance is not included in the package unless explicitly stated.
- Guests are encouraged to obtain insurance covering health, accidents, cancellations, and other unforeseen events.
Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the trip. Escapade On Wheels is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
Photographs & Media
Photos or videos taken during the trip may be used for promotional purposes unless guests explicitly opt out in writing before the trip.
Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Kolkata will have exclusive jurisdiction.
